The UNG IT Service Desk is the single point of contact for all technology related questions and requests for all students, faculty and staff. The Service Desk is a close-knit team of full-time and student personnel offering friendly and prompt assistance for walk-in service, phone support, email, text messaging, instant messaging, and social media.
In addition to technology support, the IT Service Desk also offers a variety of computer services, from software and hardware diagnostics and installation, to malware and spyware removal. Personal computer services are offered in-person on all of University of North Georgia campuses.
